At this time, Indonesian government has made the decision to boost up fuel price. Many citizens and villagers avoid this decision. They said that this decision make them feel suffering and can't fulfill their daily need. However, there are two effect from this policy.
First, positive effects:
- This policy can decrease the air pollution from the fumes vehicle which they use everyday.
- To create a new or alternative fuel or vehicle.
- The national building will running well.
- Indonesian people will be thriftier in using of fuel.
- They can be independent inhabitant. Because, they don't depend on subsidy from government.
Second, negative effects:
- The increasing of staples goods price. For example, the price of rice, chili, onion, egg, and so on.
- The increasing of common transportation.
- The increasing of medicine price.
- It can make the crime. Because, the people find the way to fulfill they daily need.
In short, we can say fuel price increasing have positive and negative effect. However, the last decision depend on your mind set whether you accept or ignore this policy from the government.
